1 - Key in your batch name. (eg. 8892, 9397). For ladies' teams, you get to choose your team's name.
2 - Select how many teams you are sending.
3a - For Old Boys from Class of 99 and later, please choose whether to play in Open or Supersenior category.

3b - If you are sending more than one team, and each team would want to play in different categories, choose Others and specify your flavour in the next field.

5 - Fill in team manager's name and contact number. For batches sending more than one team, one contact number would suffice.
6 - Payments are to be made to Maybank account number: 1628 5200 8519 (ARHAN SYAFRISYAH). Keep your receipt.
7 - After making the payment, send an email to un@mcoba.org or send an SMS to 012 666 5221.
8 - Confirmation SMS & email will be sent to team manager once payment is received.
